My wife and I consider Ben Collinger's State Farm office to be one of THE most customer-focused groups in business -- not just compared to their insurance peers, but compared to ANY customer-facing operation. And there is one of Ben's employee -- Katie Dawley -- who, as far as we are concerned, hung the Customer Care Moon. While there are other Customer Care Professionals who well may match Katie's customer service, we doubt that anyone can exceed her drive to ensure complete and unsurpassed service to her customers. Her responsiveness is tireless, consistent, authentic, honest, and (fill in whatever superlative, and it will not overstate our appreciation for such a dedicated Customer Service Professional).
